In early 2005, we asked Caroline Tonetti to assist us in finding a house in the mid-Peninsula area. We had already been working for some time with another agent in the South Bay, but had decided to expand the area of our search to the north, beyond that agent’s area of expertise.

When that purchase did not come to fruition, Caroline picked up our search and showed us several properties she had been watching on our behalf in the interim. One of those properties greatly appealed to us.

Once we had agreed that we were interested in the house, Caroline coached us on bidding strategy and gave us extremely helpful advice that enabled us to win the house over another bidder who came in only slightly below us. We felt that we had bid exactly the right amount to ensure the house would be ours.
