Personal Background
Siobhan O’Sullivan is a true local neighborhood real estate expert. Born at Stanford Hospital in Palo Alto, she grew up in Menlo Park, London and Atherton. Having traveled extensively and spent much of her life abroad, she was thrilled to come home and has a huge appreciation for this precious Peninsula, valuing the subtle differences between neighborhoods and towns that make up this unique patchwork of communities that is the heart of our Bay Area. While she may not sound like a local, she is in fact a fifth generation Californian!


Professional Experience
With training and a background in journalism, television production, marketing, design and public relations, she was well placed to seguey her talents into a career in real estate. She began this interest in the U.K., staging and preparing homes for sale for the market place, and on her return to the US, over a decade ago, she set up a staging company that specialized in the preparation of homes for sale. Upon earning her license, she embarked upon her career as a Realtor here in the Bay Area.


Marketing
Siobhan brings her talents to her sellers to assist them in preparing their homes for sale to ensure a widest possible appeal to the largest audience in an effort to increase buyer interest and attract a maximum selling price for her sellers. Her background in television production renders her customized videos unparalleled in the local industry. These videos speak to today’s buyers and sellers who are using the internet as their first ‘port of call’ when searching for their new homes.


Negotiation
She is a savvy negotiator who works with passion and attention to detail to position her clients so that they have the best opportunity for success in their real estate endeavors, whether they are buyers or sellers. 

She has a special interest in working with Seniors and their families, having gained her certificate as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. 

She has a broad base of business, transactions ranging from relocating top executives to working with trade-up sellers and buyers, down-sizing sellers and buyers as well as the challenges of helping first time buyers to get their feet on the real-estate ladder!

She likes the challenge of working with both buyers and sellers. Every transaction is unique and truly diverse and her clients feel the benefits of her ability to treat them as individuals and honor their special set of circumstances.

She is passionate about local history and community involvement and understands that home, heart and community are intrinsically linked.
